    In mold design, the puller, although small, carries the important mission of controlling the sequence of opening and closing the mold and protecting the mold structure. Once the application is not properly selected or the installation is not in place, lightly it affects the production efficiency, and more importantly, it leads to mold damage. Today, we will systematically comb through the application points of the clasp in different mold structures to help you avoid those "easy pits."
    1, puller selection: Z170 and Z171 difference and application scenarios
    Z170 puller: Suitable for GCI mould blank with front mould row position, panel and A board to open mould first. Note: It should not be used in a thin water mouth structure, otherwise it may be liable to damage the clasp seat when modelling.
    Z171 puller: recommended for three-plate mold structure, can effectively reduce the risk. If you need to ensure that the A and B plates are clamped first, it can be used with other types of bucklers, refer to the case M180221.
    II. Attachment applications in sequential open-mode structures
    In sequential molding structures, the role of the pulling machine is particularly critical:
    A, B plate first open a certain distance, buckle machine hanging A, B plate;
    Then the support plate movement, and finally A, B plates continue to open the mold.
    Special attention should be paid to: If the line position and shrink CORE inserts need to be inserted, the clamping should ensure that the support plate and the B plate are first closed, and the A and B plates are closed to prevent the insertion and burning. It is difficult to achieve this action with conventional bucklers, and special structures or self-made bucklers are required at this time (reference M140404).
    III. Important points for the mounting machine installation and positioning
    The button must be embedded in the B board, not exposed, otherwise it can not be correctly positioned.
    If the length of the problem must be exposed, should be fixed on the B plate to increase the pressure block (reference M180161), to prevent the opening of the mold after the buckle down, affecting the mold.
    IV. DME standard button ordering instructions
    When ordering misumi standard buttoners (e.g. PLS, PLSW, PLM, PLL):
    If you need to lengthen the bolt, it should be indicated in the model, such as: PLS-SH, PLS-H, etc.

    The pulling machine causes the two brackets below to move, but due to the gap, the two upper brackets will move first, which may cause the product to top high.
    Solution: Delay ejection of the top thimble to ensure synchronization of ejection (see M170240).
    VI. Recommended program for reducing the CORE structure
    For the shrinking CORE structure, it is recommended to use the design of the second ejection combined with the button machine, so that it is easier to control the sequence and stability in the process of opening and closing the mold.
